About The Position
HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization. Opportunities are available across multiple locations. This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to focus on delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active or eligible to obtain a [State] medical license
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
Responsibilities
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Average patient volume: 17 patients per day
- Adult, senior-focused, or mixed patient population
- Emphasis on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Physician-led environment with strong clinical autonomy
- Team-based support from medical assistants, care coordinators, and administrative staff
- Reduced administrative burden
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Physicians may participate in programs such as: Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Diabetes management, Preventive health and wellness initiatives
