This is a full-time outpatient position with dedicated support staff, a well-established team of physicians, and an experienced integrated behaviorist embedded within the practice. Located in one of the most desirable areas to live in Oregon, it offers easy access to the Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains, Portland Metropolitan area, and Oregon Wine Country. The role includes a 24-month salary guarantee, a formal onboarding program, and committed mentorship within the department. Requirements

M.D. or D.O.
Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible
Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment

Responsibilities

General outpatient family medicine primary care
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
Minimal call – telephone only
