About The Position

This established practice is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team. The role involves working 3 days a week in Tremont and 2 days a week in Hopedale. The physician will join 1 Family Physician and 6 highly trained APPs across both locations. This is an outpatient-only position with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is minimal call, with the OSF After-Hours Call Center handling first calls. This opportunity is suitable for either a seasoned Board-Certified Physician or a newly trained Board Eligible Physician.

Requirements

Doctorate degree.
Physician Licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Must meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
