About The Position

Associated Ambulance is currently accepting expressions of interest for a Temporary Full-Time Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) position based out of our Hinton station. This temporary assignment is anticipated to last approximately 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension. In accordance with the Core Values and Strategic Direction of Associated Ambulance, the key priorities within the organization are quality, patient safety, and employee safety. Responsibility for these priorities is shared by all employees of Associated Ambulance, and the commitment to continuously improve both quality and safety is a key performance expectation for every role within the organization.

Requirements

• Valid PCP practice permit meeting the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta.
• Current, valid Alberta Class 4 Driver’s License.
• Up to date with all mandatory and required training, including MCP and PDIC.
• Fare Certificate valid in the last 6 months
