About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Brattleboro, VT. The role involves outpatient clinical work with phone-only call coverage. The coverage period is from December/January ongoing, with a flexible shift schedule. The NP will manage adult and geriatric patients, focusing on primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive services. Post-acute care services in SNF and assisted living settings may also be required. The position requires participation in a 1:10 call ratio.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
• Vermont (VT) License
• Active DEA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum experience in adult and geriatric primary care required
• No lapsed board certification
• Malpractice history reviewed case-by-case
• Hospital Privileges Required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
