About The Position
As our Primary Care (IM) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will join the collegial and diverse multi-specialty group at Mercy Medical Group (MMG), at our Midtown Clinic in Downtown Sacramento, CA. You will provide outpatient care, embracing autonomy and flexibility in your work, with no weekends, evenings, or call responsibilities. You'll practice alongside collaborative and experienced physicians, benefiting from robust mentorship, support, a dedicated MA team for efficient workflow, and an internal pharmacy department handling daily refills. Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of recent relevant experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous outpatient primary care for diverse patients within a multi-specialty group setting.
- Manage patient inboxes for self and other providers, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
- Collaborate with physicians and a dedicated MA team to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care.
- Perform comprehensive family medicine/primary care duties, including diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and preventive care.
