About The Position

This is a community-centered practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Medicine Physician. The practice focuses on treating the whole person and building lasting relationships with patients and their families, aiming for physicians to stay with the practice long-term. The role involves serving as the primary advocate for a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking and Caribbean-American communities. The practice emphasizes bilingualism and cultural competency to build trust and care for families across generations. It offers an outpatient-only role with no hospital rounding, comprehensive specialty support (including in-house Cardiology), modern tech-forward workflows and AI-driven tools to manage paperwork, and elite administrative support for scheduling and prior authorizations.

Requirements

Board-Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active Florida medical license.
Working knowledge of managed care, including quality metrics, HEDIS measures and risk adjustment.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
Physician who values diversity and enjoys the variety of cases that come with a community-based family practice.
Genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and panel ownership.
