About The Position

Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and family medicine services. This is a unique, 100% outpatient facility-based opportunity. While the work is performed within a behavioral hospital environment (ages 16+), this role is strictly focused on medical management. You will work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to stabilize and treat general health concerns, prioritize preventative care, and proactively manage chronic conditions. This fast-paced role is ideal for providers who excel at problem-solving and want to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
• Board Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) focusing on family or adult medicine. (Accredited PA certifications also considered).
• Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological, or Family Nurse Practitioner in TEXAS (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Holds or is eligible for active DEA registration.
• Up-to-date CPR and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Float between facilities in Clear Lake, Kemah, and Houston.
• Manage day-to-day primary care needs for a primarily 16+ and adult-aged patient population.
• Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention for populations with multiple comorbidities.
• Participate in integrated, team-based care alongside physicians and facility staff to meet patient needs.
