About The Position
Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to all ages of patients. These services include but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.
Requirements
- Valid and current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License
- Must successfully complete the required credentialing process
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive medical care in a compassionate matter

- Current DEA License
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
- Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting
