About The Position
The Primary Care Capitation Project Manager will coordinate activities related to the Rural Health Transformation Medicaid Primary Care Capitation pilot. This role ensures successful planning, execution, and delivery of project objectives in alignment with Department policies, CMS guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment OR An equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Knowledge of health care policy, Medicaid programs and health care value-based payment.
- Skill in communicating effectively with program stakeholders, including preparing presentations, bulletins, updates, and coordinated engagement materials.
- Ability to initiate and maintain effective administrative procedures and participate in program management activities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency personnel, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders involved in project planning and implementation.
Responsibilities

- Plan, assign, and guide work activities of project contributors.
