About The Position

Care2You Primary Care is seeking an experienced healthcare Business Development Manager to help expand our Primary Care program throughout the Lansing market. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with established relationships in assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, and senior living communities who are passionate about improving access to healthcare for seniors.

Requirements

• Experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, primary care, or healthcare business development
• Understands the Lansing healthcare market
• Proven track record of developing referral relationships and growing healthcare services
• Excels at building trusted partnerships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in the community
• At least 1-year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals
• High School degree
• Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
• Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proof of current automobile insurance.

• Helps optimize the capital.
• Identifies opportunities for additional and improved services to address customer needs.
• Meets or exceeds the expected outlined referrals.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of all market segments relative to key referral sources and competitors market positioning.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the sales process and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of and adherence to corporate compliance practices as they relate to the marketing/sales function.
