About The Position

Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Oro Valley, AZ. This role involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, promoting health education, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, managing chronic conditions, collaborating with specialists, maintaining medical records, and staying current with medical advancements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
