About The Position
Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a community-based practice in Watertown, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. The practice provides care to patients from newborn through adults.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- AANP/ANCC or NCCPA Board Certification
- Experience as an APP in primary care
- Comfortable using new technology and software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
