About The Position

Join a collaborative, patient-centered care team at St. Peter’s Health as an Integrated Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine Provider. In this dynamic outpatient role, you’ll deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services within a team-based primary care setting. Working closely with medical providers, you’ll conduct rapid assessments, provide targeted interventions and crisis support, and help develop personalized treatment plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs—from mental health and addiction to chronic conditions and life stressors. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patient outcomes through integrated, whole-person care.

Requirements

Must be a licensed provider (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, PMHNP, PA, MD, DO) with experience in behavioral health and/or addiction medicine.
Experience working in a primary care or integrated care setting is preferred.
Proficiency in evidence-based brief interventions.
Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
