About The Position
Viking Electric is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Support Specialist to support regional pricing strategies and deliver exceptional service to our sales teams. This role combines data analysis, pricing administration, and problem-solving to help ensure accurate and competitive pricing across the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of office experience or a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Excel and business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Support regional pricing strategies by analyzing customer pricing packages and implementing approved pricing updates.
- Respond to pricing requests, seller-submitted changes, and order pricing issues through the shared pricing inbox.
- Maintain product and pricing data to help ensure pricing accuracy.
- Partner with Pricing Analysts and Sales teams to identify opportunities and improve customer pricing outcomes.
