The Product & Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) is a critical component of Eastman's updated business operating model. This COE, alongside Marketing and Sales COEs, is tasked with enhancing Eastman's enterprise-wide commercial capabilities. The Product and Pricing COE, situated within the Strategy & Commercial Excellence group, is responsible for driving commercial excellence across the enterprise. This involves standardizing product management and pricing practices, harmonizing key processes and metrics, collaborating with businesses on high-value initiatives, and leading technology-driven improvements with Eastman Digital Services. Additionally, the COE focuses on developing product and pricing talent through learning and development tools, methods, and competency-based capability building to improve performance, consistency, and long-term organizational strength.
