The Product & Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) is a crucial component of Eastman's updated business operating model. It works alongside COEs in Marketing and Sales to enhance Eastman's enterprise-wide commercial capabilities. Within the Strategy & Commercial Excellence group, the Product and Pricing COE is responsible for driving enterprise-wide commercial excellence by standardizing product management and pricing practices, harmonizing key processes and metrics, collaborating with businesses on high-value initiatives, and leading technology-enabled improvements with Eastman Digital Services. The COE also focuses on developing product and pricing talent through learning and development tools, methods, and competency-based capability building to improve performance, consistency, and long-term organizational capability.
