About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced pricing, revenue economics, and ROI professionals with strong commercial judgement and expertise evaluating complex business and financial work products. This role focuses on reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks involving pricing strategy, revenue economics, ROI analysis, and related commercial decisions. Selected experts will assess outputs for analytical accuracy, business logic, presentation quality, and overall professional credibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in pricing, revenue strategy, revenue economics, ROI analysis, commercial finance, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong expertise in pricing methodology, business-case analysis, and commercial decision-making
  • Comfortable reviewing quantitative models, financial assumptions, and revenue projections
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to review analytical work in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Excellent written communication and ability to explain analytical issues clearly and precisely
  • Strong attention to detail across numerical, written, and visual outputs

  • Master's degree or higher from a recognised institution is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Review work involving pricing strategy, revenue models, and commercial economics
  • Evaluate assumptions behind pricing recommendations and revenue projections
  • Assess whether calculations, methodologies, and conclusions are internally consistent
  • Identify unsupported assumptions, analytical gaps, and unrealistic commercial conclusions
  • Apply professional judgement to complex pricing and monetisation scenarios
  • Review ROI analyses, investment cases, and financial justification models
  • Assess cost, benefit, payback, and value-creation assumptions
  • Evaluate whether underlying calculations appropriately support stated conclusions
  • Identify incomplete sensitivity analysis or weak economic reasoning
  • Determine whether business cases would withstand professional executive or financial review
  • Evaluate spreadsheets for calculation accuracy, structure, logic, and usability
  • Identify formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, and unsupported inputs
  • Review models for clarity, traceability, and professional presentation
  • Assess whether quantitative outputs align with the underlying commercial rationale
  • Flag numerical inconsistencies and material omissions
  • Evaluate professional documents and slide decks for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Review executive-level presentations for logical flow and effective communication
  • Identify aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues that weaken the work product
  • Assess whether charts, tables, and supporting visuals accurately represent the underlying analysis
  • Ensure recommendations are clearly connected to evidence and quantitative findings
  • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria
  • Distinguish substantive analytical errors from minor presentation issues
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses
  • Apply evaluation standards consistently across different formats and business scenarios
  • Prioritise issues based on their impact on the overall conclusion or recommendation
