About The Position

The Pricing Project Analyst role is part of Franke's Graduate & Early Career (GEC) Program, an 18-month development journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to accelerate their growth and build a strong foundation in a global business environment. As a Pricing Project Analyst, you will help improve how we price, quote, and position our products in the market. Through data-driven projects, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and faster decision-making across the business. While the development program is limited to 18 months, this is a full-time permanent position. From day one, you will own business-critical projects, work closely with experienced stakeholders, and be expected to perform and deliver results like any other professional in the organization. This role is ideal for curious, driven, and analytical graduates who are eager to make an impact early in their careers and grow into future business leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, the individual may take on more responsibility, either in their current team, or in a different function/division/location based on the individual's performance and available opportunities. The successful candidate will be based in the greater Nashville area.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance and demonstrated achievement through coursework, projects, internships, leadership activities, or extracurricular involvement.
  • Designed for candidates with a maximum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong affinity for digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to structure, manage, and drive projects independently.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset, with an interest in customers, markets, products, sales growth, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of innovative quoting tools by helping build cost and pricing algorithms that enable faster and more consistent customer quotations.
  • Develop and maintain customer pricing databases to improve data quality, pricing transparency, and decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitive pricing research, including analysis of OEM products where Franke acts as a distributor, to identify opportunities for growth and margin optimization.
  • Analyze pricing data and provide insights that support strategic pricing initiatives and business decisions.
  • Drive projects that improve pricing accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Finance, and regional teams to improve pricing processes and execution.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen pricing governance and reduce margin leakage through cleaner and more reliable data.
