Requirements

5-7 years of experience in pricing, operations, business analytics, or related roles in a larger competitive MNC.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Experience with Power BI, EAP/BOE reporting tools, and data visualization
Experience using EAP/BOE Reporting and Power BI platforms
Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve complex problems
Self-motivated with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop pricing and margin reports to identify trends and support business decisions for HPEN leadership, Finance, and Business Support and help drive improvement on pricing strategy execution
Provide ad hoc pricing analysis and margin reports for various business groups in HPEN
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Build and maintain pricing and margin calculation tools ensuring correct quote/pricing request.
Support pricing operations, system setup, and pricing approval flows
Partner on cross-functional projects to improve pricing processes and operational alignment.
Actively work on projects to help with integration and alignment on cross BU operational/pricing processes
