About The Position

You will drive execution of product and pricing changes so the organization can bring offers to market efficiently. You will partner with product marketing, business model strategy, technical operations, revenue accounting, sales operations, legal, and customer care to remove operational barriers. This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in San Jose, CA with a contract through November.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SFDC, Dynamics 365, and SKU creation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product and pricing changes through downstream processes to ensure smooth market release
• Partner with upstream business stakeholders (Product Marketing Managers, Business Model Strategy Managers) to support execution needs
• Work cross-functionally with technical operations, revenue accounting, deal desk, order management, sales operations, legal counsel, customer care, and cloud tech to resolve operational issues
• Maintain process efficiency and remove operational barriers
• Manage high volume of projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
