We’re seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Pricing Manager to build and lead our pricing function from Vermont. This role will play a critical part in shaping VIP’s growth strategy by driving pricing excellence across products, services, and contracts. Position Overview The Pricing Manager will own VIP’s pricing strategy, governance, and execution. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership to develop competitive, profitable pricing models that support both new business and existing customers. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution — ideal for someone who enjoys building frameworks while also rolling up their sleeves to support deal pricing and analysis.
