About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the estimating department for a specific global business unit and oversee pricing for a designated market. The role works directly with capture teams to deliver current, accurate, and complete pricing proposals, developing both pricing models and cost-volume narratives. The manager advises internal clients on risk mitigation and winning price strategies and guides proposal and capture teams through pricing reviews to ensure proposals align with the scope of the Basis of Estimate (BOE) associated with each RFP. The Pricing Manager leads cost-proposal development with input from Capture Management, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Procurement, and technical personnel. The role ensures final cost proposals comply with government regulations—including CAS, FAR, and DFARS—corporate policies and procedures, including the CESM, and solicitation-specific requirements. It also manages cost-proposal schedules and milestones, supports subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations, and assists with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews and audits. The position also supports Pricing management with training, cost-proposal reviews, policy-compliance initiatives, and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets. It is part of Parsons’ Corporate team. No security clearance is required.
