About The Position

The Pricing & Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Coborn’s company-wide retail operations by maintaining accurate and timely pricing information. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating weekly advertisements, promotional costs, and item pricing within the pricing system. Working closely with the merchandising team, you will ensure promotional accuracy and support store teams by resolving pricing inquiries and discrepancies. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering a consistent and reliable customer experience across all store locations. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update pricing information, weekly advertisements, and promotional costs in the pricing system
  • Verify accuracy of pricing files, promotional setups, and cost adjustments before release to stores
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to confirm promotional details and timelines
  • Review pricing reports to identify inconsistencies or errors and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Partner with store teams to address pricing-related questions and system issues
  • Assist with periodic audits to ensure pricing accuracy across items, departments, and promotions
  • Maintain organized records of pricing updates and promotional submissions
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Support testing of system updates and new pricing tools as needed
