About The Position

The primary job responsibility of this position is to ensure accuracy of pricing across internal systems and ensure implementation across the customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 3-5 years’ of relevant experience
• MS experience using including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience using SAP
• Ability to collaborate and work in teams

Responsibilities

• Submitting pricing requests
• Maintaining pricing lists
• Updating the pricing calendar
• Responding to pricing requests
• Pull and prepare price quote files
• Investigate and address pricing issues
• Provide input for promotional developments and prepare feedback analysis on results
• DMO – new locations, vendor set-ups, and new accounts
• Create and provide internal reports of customer actions
• Create and provide external reports for customers on OWI needs/Vender Direct Reports
• Validate prices of index changes
• Track price changes by customer
• Manage changes to blanket contracts
• Review damages, short pays, discrepancies, and deductions
• Resolve invoicing issues
• Ad Hoc general reporting as needed
