About The Position
The primary job responsibility of this position is to ensure accuracy of pricing across internal systems and ensure implementation across the customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 3-5 years’ of relevant experience
- MS experience using including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience using SAP
- Ability to collaborate and work in teams
Responsibilities
- Submitting pricing requests
- Maintaining pricing lists
- Updating the pricing calendar
- Responding to pricing requests
- Pulling and preparing price quote files
- Investigating and addressing pricing issues
- Providing input for promotional developments and preparing feedback analysis on results
- DMO – new locations, vendor set-ups, and new accounts
- Creating and providing internal reports of customer actions
- Creating and providing external reports for customers on OWI needs/Vender Direct Reports
- Validating prices of index changes
- Tracking price changes by customer
- Managing changes to blanket contracts
- Reviewing damages, short pays, discrepancies, and deductions
- Resolving invoicing issues
- Ad Hoc general reporting as needed
