About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator prepares and delivers quotations for existing products and customers. This role involves generating customer quotes using established company pricing sheets and guidelines, reviewing assembly BOM (Bill of Materials) for non-standard purchased parts, and coordinating with the Pursuit Buyer to ensure accuracy for costing and lead time. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple quote requests daily, clear communication skills for professional email correspondence with clients, and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and basic office software. The Pricing Coordinator must be able to follow instructions and execute standard operating procedures exactly, support the achievement of key account performance metrics and scorecards, and support efforts to improve and maintain on-time delivery (OTD) through accurate lead times. Additionally, the role involves accurately entering and managing sales data in internal systems, including Request for Quotes (RFQs), responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing administrative support to Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers when required, collaborating with Customer Service support for efficient order processing, and communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Other related duties to support the sales environment will be required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one or two years’ experience in an administrative function.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to navigate and manage data within ERP/customer order systems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with solid prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams)
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across functions, management levels, and global customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.

Responsibilities
