Ferguson is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an immediate need for a Pricing Coordinator focused on Master List Prices and Vendor Quotes (CORE). This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy. Requirements

• Two or more years of experience applying basic pricing principles in a distribution industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to developing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of list pricing data from a variety of sources.
• Prepare list pricing reports, project materials, and presentations to support pricing decisions.
• Stay informed on pricing analysis methods, industry trends, and best practices.
• Gather, validate and execute list prices for Ferguson’s strategic and non-strategic vendors.
• Communicate closely with vendors to implement list price updates in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner with analysts to maintain and improve master list price processes.
• Maintain a repository of vendor information and list price documentation.
• Enter, manage, and update Vendor Quotes through CORE claim-back contracts received from branch locations.
• Maintain open communication with departments across operations and sales.
