About The Position

This role is responsible for managing client communications, preparing service offers with accurate pricing, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying new business opportunities. The coordinator will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining contracts, monitoring service flow, and contributing to customer satisfaction surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct communication with clients to address their requests and ensure consistent follow-up throughout service execution, focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Review initial quotations and client requirements; based on identified needs, evaluate and propose service options aligned with Transmaritime’s operational capabilities.
  • Prepare service offers with pricing that reflects the company’s cost structure and commercial strategy.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to assess service feasibility and communicate any limitations to the client.
  • Monitor internal service flow to ensure optimal performance and identify bottlenecks that may affect customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to Customer Service and Operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining contracts, agreements, and the validity of quotations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets based on client feedback and emerging needs.
  • Review pricing strategies in line with market conditions and Transmaritime’s profitability goals.
  • Use system tools to create, store, and track quotations, and follow up with clients.
  • Participate in the development of customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvement measures based on results.
