About The Position

Join Booz Allen as a Pricing and Commercial Operations Lead and help turn product pricing and packaging decisions into accurate, executable customer offers. In this role, you will work across product and pricing operations and the sales operations deal desk to support the commercial process from intake through quote preparation, approvals, and system readiness. You’ll partner with product, sales, finance, contracts or CPP, delivery, and IT teams to apply approved pricing, packaging, discount, term, concession, and approval guidance to customer-specific requests. Your work will help ensure that new and updated technology offerings are easier to quote, approve, and sell by supporting readiness across catalogs, SKUs, CRM, CPQ, quote tools, and related systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands pricing operations, enjoys working through transaction details, and can help improve the accuracy, consistency, and execution of commercial pricing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing operations, sales operations, deal desk, quoting, or commercial operations
  • Experience preparing or supporting quotes, proposals, ROMs, renewals, expansions, bundles, or customer transactions
  • Experience using CRM, CPQ, ERP, product catalog, pricing, or commercial systems
  • Experience applying pricing guidance and coordinating approvals across multiple teams
  • Ability to identify issues in pricing, product, customer, or transaction information
  • Ability to communicate with product, sales, finance, contracts, delivery, and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, analytics, or technology offerings
  • Experience with partner, reseller, subcontractor, or pass-through transactions
  • Experience supporting U.S. government, defense, national security, or regulated-market customers
  • Experience creating templates, process documentation, intake forms, or operating procedures
  • Knowledge of pricing approvals, discount guardrails, contract terms, margin considerations, or risk and signature authority processes
  • Possession of strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, ROMs, renewals, expansions, bundles, and other customer-specific pricing requests.
  • Apply approved pricing, packaging, discount, term, concession, and approval guidance.
  • Coordinate pricing reviews and approvals with sales, product, finance, contracts or CPP, and delivery teams and leadership.
  • Support partner, reseller, pass-through, and other non-standard transactions.
  • Maintain pricing, quote, approval, exception, and product-readiness documentation.
  • Help implement pricing and product decisions in catalogs, SKUs, CRM, CPQ, quote tools, and related systems.
  • Support pricing and product readiness activities for new product introductions and major offering changes.
  • Identify pricing, data, process, and approval issues and help resolve them.
  • Track requests, cycle times, exceptions, and recurring issues to improve pricing operations.
