About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pricing and Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, excellent Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves performing reconciliations, data analysis, and various other tasks to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes. The purpose of our global finance team is to efficiently deliver relevant, reliable and timely financial services and to partner in business decisions which will enhance IDEXX's long-term value for employees, customers, and shareholders.

Requirements

Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Pricing implementation into SAP. You will understand the commercial offering intended and manage implementation and controls associated to it.
Input data into accounts, systems, and/or databases according to established guidelines and procedures.
Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policies.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
Perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.
Generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.
