About The Position

This role involves analyzing market prices and data, identifying cost requirements and overhead. The Pricing Analyst will negotiate top lanes of RFQ in the Americas Region, develop solutions to support client requirements in RFQ for the Americas, and maintain and upload a database with current market rates for the Americas. The position also requires working with Crane Freight on pickup and line haul strategies to support RFQ in North America. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytic skills
• Strong computer skills associated with the utilization of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
• Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.
• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
• Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years experience in bid preparation/sales support

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Industry experience a plus
