About The Position

The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in shaping isolved's go-to-market strategy by developing and maintaining pricing models that drive profitable growth, product adoption, and revenue optimization. Reporting into the Solutions Marketing team, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to support pricing decisions through analytics, competitive research, and strategic business modeling. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for uncovering revenue opportunities through data.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, product marketing, product management, or sales operations roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with incomplete data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to cross-functional audiences
  • Experience supporting SaaS pricing initiatives or working within a software or technology environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across sales, product, finance, and marketing teams
  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing models in Excel and Power BI to support decision-making, including margin analysis, attach rates, and segmentation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze trends, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize pricing and packaging strategies
  • Support quarterly pricing reviews and provide insights on price realization, discounting, and competitive movement
  • Assist with the planning and execution of price increases, balancing revenue goals with client retention
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to support the launch of pricing and packaging updates
  • Maintain and update price books and collaborate with IT to ensure timely and accurate implementation
  • Advise sales and partner teams by providing timely guidance on pricing proposals and customer-specific scenarios
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market data to inform isolved's pricing positioning and strategy
  • Translate data into compelling business cases and clear recommendations for leadership
  • Ensure pricing communication, documentation, and tools remain current and accessible to internal teams
