About The Position

Collaborate with proposal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and develop compliant cost or price proposals. Review solicitation and draft questions as appropriate, and identify risks and opportunities. Recommend pricing schedules or timelines to ensure proposal milestones and quality standards are achieved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contracts, subcontracts, global supply chain, compliance, or people services, on specific proposals and portfolio processes. Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate. Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with pricing in federal or commercial based environments
Experience with various pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications, including competitive price point analysis and aspects of negotiation, accounting practice, contracts administration, or project management
Experience with pricing various contract types
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Ability to develop or deliver price strategy presentations or analyses
Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy
Bachelor’s degree
U.S. citizenship is required
