About The Position

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market prices and data, identifying cost requirements and overhead. This role involves negotiating top lanes of RFQ in the Americas Region, developing solutions to support client requirements in RFQ for the Americas, and maintaining and uploading a database with current market rates for the Americas. The analyst will also work with Crane Freight on pickup and line haul strategies to support RFQ in North America. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytic skills.
• Strong computer skills associated with the utilization of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
• Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in bid preparation/sales support.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Industry experience a plus.
