As a Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Sector Pricing Director, you will serve as an integral member of Peraton’s Finance organization, enhancing our strategy for winning new and follow-on business. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
  • An understanding of all contract types, including Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time and Materials contracts.
  • Understanding of Forward Pricing Rates, and their impact to contract pricing.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Advanced skills using MS Office applications.
  • Organized, task oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, often conflicting, priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, fast learner, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Federal Government Pricing experience.
  • Familiar with Financial terms.
  • ProPricer experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe.
  • Salesforce.com.
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Development of cost proposals, both the pricing models as well as the cost volume narrative, paying careful attention to key strategies and tactical assumptions.
  • Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and development of winning price strategies.
  • Ensure the final cost proposal’s compliance with Governmental regulations, including CAS, FAR and DFARS; Corporate policies and procedures; and specific requirements in each of the client’s solicitations.
  • Coordinate the development of the cost volume with contributing sources with Management at all levels, and with other Functional Areas including Capture Management, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, HR/Compensation, and technical personnel.
  • Manage the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones, management/risk reviews and a compliant, professional product are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations.
  • Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews, and support audits and/or customer fact findings.
  • Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal review, policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets.
