The Pricing Analyst supports PGTI’s Product Management organization by analyzing, developing, and maintaining pricing for highly configurable, customer‑facing products. This role plays a critical part in pricing decisions related to product mix adjustments, regional factors, options and components, margin analysis, and new product introductions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented, with strong Excel skills and a passion for working with numbers. Success in this role requires the ability to manage complex data, adapt to shifting priorities, and learn both the product and the systems that support pricing decisions.
