About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, solicitation requirements such as certified cost or pricing data, and organizational policies. Provide actionable recommendations to improve pricing strategies and adherence to compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR, on proposal and portfolio processes. Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations. Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate. Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts. Requirements

  • Experience with federal government contract pricing, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Ability to develop and deliver price strategy presentations or analysis
  • Ability to generate compliant price proposals
  • Ability to communicate solicitation requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Contracts
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pricing under the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), or Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)
  • Experience engaging with executives and key decision-makers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
