This position at loanDepot is responsible for pricing configurations in our proprietary Product and Pricing Engine (PPE). Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a similar field.
• Previous configuration experience with mortgage pricing engines required.
• Strong understanding of mortgage pricing fundamentals, including rate sheets, LLPAs, SRPs, margins.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining mortgage rate sheets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, formulas, macros, and data automation.
• Experience interpreting investor rate sheets and converting pricing requirements into PPE configurations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute mortgage rate sheets using VBA, Excel, or other automation tools.
• Interpret, create, maintain, and update Loan Level Price Adjustments (LLPAs) across agency, government, and investor programs.
• Support daily pricing maintenance, margin updates, and investor change management.
• Configure and maintain pricing adjustments and margins within PPE.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
