About The Position

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the delivery of change management on all corporate projects that impact deliverables surrounding Pricing and Compensation components. This role will provide pricing analytic and reporting support for SMB and LAKA (Large and Key Accounts) merchants. The position is based in the Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with business analytics and financial analysis (business casing, research, and cost analysis)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Excel with modelling experience
  • Must have SQL & Tableau experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment required
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • exposure to VBA is an asset
  • exposure to Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales partners to design, plan, document and implement change for all corporate projects and initiatives
  • Identify business impacts to process flow, policy, procedures, and training requirements
  • Participate and present at project status meetings and facilitate open information flow among all stakeholders
  • Support the Sales team to develop training, tools, customer facing materials, positioning, and process requirements associated with pricing and compensation deliverables
  • Providing and support pricing functions to win/retain merchant accounts
  • Support development of pricing models to provide precise profitability analytics
  • Create a Personal Development Plan with manager and work on identified areas of developmental opportunity.
