About The Position

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Pricing Administrator based at our Greenville, NC location. This role involves managing pricing adjustments, customer credits, rebates, and special program payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The Pricing Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, answering pricing-related questions, resolving discrepancies, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities also include researching pricing records, customer purchase history, and transaction details to support pricing requests, reporting needs, and business decisions. The role requires maintaining pricing documentation, processing system updates, and assisting with special pricing programs while ensuring data integrity and adherence to established procedures. Additionally, the Pricing Administrator will support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance pricing operations, customer experience, and overall business efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, pricing administration, accounting support, or a related business environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting
  • Experience using enterprise business systems, ERP platforms, or order management software
  • Strong data entry and records management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze transactional data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate documentation
