About The Position

Requirements

• Self-learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain accuracy when handling employee or customer data
• Positive attitude and willingness to support various functions as needed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience with pricing or data
• Prior experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus but not required
• Experience with ERP systems preferred: Epicor P21
• Power BI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administrates the rebate and incentive claims and sales plans
• Reviews and processes credit/rebill requests
• Corrects pricing errors
• Processes vendor and factory quotes across multiple systems
• Prepares and tracks payments of rebate submittments
• Assists with new items set-up ensuring correct pricing levels are assigned
• Supports team as needed
