About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Preventive Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a hands-on technician to help maintain equipment and support smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Technical training (mechanical, HVAC, electrical) is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
Complete routine servicing such as lubrication and part replacement
Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
Document maintenance activities and update system records
Monitor equipment performance and report concerns
Support maintenance inventory and tool organization
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work with operations teams to minimize downtime
