The Preventive Maintenance Painter is responsible for preserving and maintaining the appearance, functionality, and longevity of building surfaces, equipment, and facilities through scheduled painting and preventive maintenance activities. This role helps protect assets from deterioration caused by weather, moisture, corrosion, and normal wear while ensuring facilities remain safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Requirements

Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
Light carpentry and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
Read, write and understand English.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license preferred.
Preventive maintenance background preferred.
