Under the direction of the DWI Program Manager, this role provides effective and efficient support in office administration, project management, and grant compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, possesses exceptional organizational and reporting skills, and can coordinate multiple projects and activities. This position is responsible for 40 hours a week, dividing time equally between Prevention and Teen Court services, with potential for unscheduled time as directed. The role requires adherence to County, departmental, and statutory policies and procedures, as well as relevant educational and professional development opportunities to stay current with continuing education and applicable safety regulations and administrative policies. Strong ethical, professional, and service-oriented support is expected.
