Prevention Educator
About The Position
CAPSA is hiring a Prevention Educator to deliver engaging, age-appropriate presentations in schools and community settings. The role helps young people build healthy relationships, strengthen social-emotional skills, and make informed decisions. It is highly relational and community-based, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting impact. The position suits someone who is creative, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and able to connect with a wide range of audiences. Spanish language skills are helpful but not required. The schedule requires some flexibility to meet school and community needs, as well as independent planning and coordination. The work contributes to building safer communities and equipping youth with skills to prevent violence.
