The Center for Youth is seeking a Prevention Counseling Program Manager to oversee the Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Prevention Counseling Program. This department offers a range of services to vulnerable youth, including prevention counseling, crisis nurseries, emergency shelter, housing support, a food and clothing pantry, street outreach, and assistance for victims of commercial sexual exploitation. The Manager will lead and supervise RHY Prevention Counselors, including Community Counselors, Triage Counselors, Youth & Family Counselors, and Safe Harbour Advocates. This role involves strategic planning, service evaluation, team outreach, and collaboration with external providers. The Manager will also assess community needs and service expansion opportunities, attend case reviews, and work closely with other RHY Managers.
