About The Position

TLC Construction is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Team Member. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in projects from breaking ground to final state certification. TLC Construction is a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana and is expanding its construction team. This role offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour days, allowing for long weekends. The position requires travel throughout the state with all expenses covered, including hotel and per diem for overnight stays when necessary to ensure completion of work orders with the traveling team.

Requirements

• An active driver's license with the State of Indiana.
• The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders as assigned
• Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Cleaning up debris
• Installing appliances
• Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
• Moving equipment
• Installing new equipment
