About The Position

TLC Construction is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Team Member. This is a hands-on construction role where your work actually matters and you still get long weekends. TLC Construction is a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana, and they are expanding their construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in projects from breaking ground to final state certification. The role involves a 4-Day Work Week with 10-hour days, full benefits package, company provided transportation, and all out-of-town expenses paid when necessary. The work supports healthcare communities and improves the lives of elders.

Requirements

• An active driver's license with the State of Indiana.
• The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders as assigned
• Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Cleaning up debris
• Installing appliances
• Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
• Moving equipment
• Installing new equipment
