About The Position
Implements Preventative Maintenance Procedures for all vessel equipment, in compliance with customer and Vendor requirements.
Requirements
- Considerable knowledge of shipbuilding processes and industry standards and regulations.
- Good knowledge of testing equipment and measuring devices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers, management, and employees in all areas within the division.
Responsibilities
- Conducts and completes all required Preventative Maintenance activities specified by Vendor, Customer, and department Manager.
- Maintains Preventative Maintenance documents for all projects. Submits Procedures as assigned.
- Addresses deficiencies evidenced as a result of PM and works with dept. Manager and Vendors to correct deficiencies.
